Bill was tenacious to determine the source of the leaks and to make the necessary repairs. He made some very innovative suggestions and made the remodeling process easier by bringing us samples and taking us shopping. Bill has completed two different remodel projects on our home, one of our kitchen, the other of our master bedroom and bath, and we are in the process of making plans for him to remodel a second bathroom.
Bill is an absolute professional, in both his knowledge of the business and in his relationship with his clients. Both of us hold full-time jobs and did not have the time to do our own research on the types of flooring, cabinets, appliances, etc. that we might want.
At each step of the construction, Bill would check in with us, get an idea of what we thought we might want, and then bring us samples to choose from. When he needed us to step up and take a more active role, he communicated this to us and made it an easy and fun process.
Bill and his crew were always on time, and the construction was always on schedule. Bill assured us at the beginning of the remodels that he did not take the completion of the project to mean an end to his responsibilities, and he has followed through on this promise. There have been one or two things that have needed to be ‘tweaked’ post-construction, and Bill has always responded promptly.

We were so impressed with Hitchcock Construction that we hope to have them work on our upcoming remodel. Our first project together was a full remodel of a condo unit on the water. The remodel consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, a kitchen, installing new flooring, updating the fireplace, new electrical, among others. An added complication was that Hitchcock Construction had to time the tides and use a raft to access the underside of the condo. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to sell the condo. The feedback from the new owner, realtors, and others that viewed the condo was that the construction work was of high quality. In addition to doing such a wonderful job, Hitchcock Construction was extremely responsive to our questions and was at the worksite most of the time. Of most note was that the company was sincerely concerned that we were satisfied with the work. They worked with us to resolve the few issues that inevitably occur with such a large project.
